All products undergo an elaborate pilot run and product qualification process before they are released for mass production including life test, accuracy test, climate test, drop test, and vibration test. Department of Engineers, Product Design, Quality Control, Production, Marketing, Purchasing and Operations put their endless effort in this process. Final release for mass production is granted only upon the presentation of objective evidence to demonstrate that all relevant tests and requirements have been met, and that all product-related issues are resolved.
We apply management tools such as Just in Time (JIT), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Standard Practice Time (SPT), 6 SIGMA, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Quality Control Circle (QCC), and 5S to maintain, improve and enhance our quality and productivity.
